3. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services offered through this site are intended to promote personal, spiritual, and holistic growth. They are not medical, psychological, or legal advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions resulting from your participation in coaching or use of site materials.
4. Payments and Refund Policy

4.1 Coaching Appointments
All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or to move the appointment to a new date. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not qualify for a refund and cannot be rescheduled without additional payment. If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”), the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. If Next Level Management & Consulting must cancel or reschedule a session, you will have the option to receive a full refund or select a new appointment time.
4.2 Product Sales
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after shipment. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact office@pamelagiles.com within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not interfere with or disrupt the website’s operation or security, attempt to access data not intended for you, or post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
